Binge Watching

Earlier today I discovered a TV show called First Time Flippers. Ever since this summer, when I learned (by necessity) to do many demolition and renovation tasks, I've become interested in the idea of flipping houses. My budget is not huge, and I would have to start really small and build up, but I don't think that would be impossible, especially if I did most of the work myself. From what I've seen, often all that's needed is some cosmetic work, and that the easiest kind to do. Putting in new cabinets, flooring, and paint is tedious and time-consuming, but not especially difficult. Finding this show was good; I'm learning all kinds of things to do -- and not to do. I've been watching episode after episode. By the time I find a place I'm willing to buy and work on, hopefully I will have gained a lot of knowledge. This could be a fun pursuit!
