No, it's nothing too exciting -- no love interest, new job, lottery hit -- but still big news. Finally, after three months of having no floor (other than bare concrete), I found out today that my new tile will be finished in the next few days. The installers had a cancellation and are able to start tomorrow. I just found this out around two this afternoon. Since that time, I've been moving small things out of the way and making plans to get the dogs out of the house. My youngest son is driving up from near Orlando to fetch his dog and mine and take both back with him early tomorrow morning.
If all goes well, I could even have my cabinets in by Friday! Oh, my goodness, I'm so excited. I'll keep you updated with pictures. For now I'm back to doing a little picking up.
