Get on with It!

My grades are almost finished, but both yesterday and today I've been -- what? distracted, lazy, out of it, all of the above? Yes. The weather is beautiful, and I would say that instead of grading I've been hanging out in it; that wouldn't be entirely true. I think I have a sinus infection, so most of what I've been doing is lying down with a warm cloth on my face. Whether I feel crappy or well, the grades need to be totaled and posted. This is always the worst part.

It's just now 4:00, so I still have time to get it done today. I don't understand procrastination, but I often embrace it. Why would somebody put off finishing something that keeps her from doing other things that would be more enjoyable? I should read up on the subject. Maybe later.
